Returns and exchanges
If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.redluck.org, please send us a request for a return authorization within 20 days of delivery date. All returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the request approval.
- Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
- We cannot refund or take returns on clothing that has been worn or used. 
- Returns must be returned with any additional gifts included with your purchase for a full refund. If gifts are unreturned, we will charge you for these items and they will be deducted from your refund.
- Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
- Red Luck reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements or are returned without written approval.

EXCHANGES
We will accommodate an exchange for items purchased on www.redluck.org the same style in a different size. For a different style, please return your original item(s) and place a new order online separately. Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned item(s) and are based on stock availability. Exchanged items are shipped free of charge on both domestic and international orders (orders being shipped to customers). A maximum of one exchange per item will be allowed.
Once the exchange item is received to the Red Luck studio, we will send out your exchange request as soon as possible while notifying you with new tracking. Red Luck covers exchange shipping free of charge on domestic orders only on packages being sent back to Red Luck.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We do not provide shipping labels for international returns or exchanges returning back to Red Luck. International customers interested in a return for a refund or exchange must cover return shipping costs. For more information on making an international return please email info@redluck.org. 
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately at info@redluck.org.
RETURNED TO SENDER / REFUSED PACKAGES
Orders refused or deemed undeliverable by USPS will be returned to our warehouse. We will contact the customer via email and phone a total of three times before cancelling the order. Customers who still want to receive the package must pay for a new shipping label.

We offer returns for a refund in the original form of payment or an exchange for a different size. To return an item please follow the steps below to create a return authorization.
